Outdoor Serial Number(Required)

This can be found on the outdoor unit on the side stuck to the compliance plate or at the back of the User's Manual. Alternatively, it can be found on the packaging (sides).

Outdoor MFG Code(Required)

This can be found on the outdoor unit on the side stuck to the compliance plate or at the back of the User's Manual. Alternatively, it can be found on the packaging (sides).
