The TSOM123HVAG5 (12.3kW) Multi-Split System is the largest and most powerful model in the TECO range, supporting 2 to 5 indoor units for advanced zoning across expansive homes, commercial spaces, or retail environments. Built to perform under pressure, it operates efficiently within a wide voltage range (160V–276V) and maintains reliable performance in extreme outdoor conditions. With built-in WiFi, optional wired controller compatibility, and DRED compliance, it’s perfectly suited to smart and energy-conscious applications. Key comfort features include Dehumidify mode, Turbo fan function, and the I Feel sensor for accurate zone-based temperature control. The Pre-Heat function prevents cold air drafts by delaying the fan start up until the Evaporator Coil heats up in Winter , and the Ion Generator helps maintain a healthier indoor environment. Engineered for longevity, it features a Black Fin-coated condenser coil, triple-coated PCB for enhanced environmental resistance, and Auto-Restart and Self-Diagnosis functionality—making it the ultimate solution for high-performance, multi-zone climate management.

  • Black Fin Coating – Condensing Coil
    The outdoor coil features a Black Fin hydrophilic anti-corrosion coating, providing superior protection against salt spray, rain, and other harsh environmental elements. This coating extends the life of the unit and ensures efficient heat exchange capabilities, especially in coastal areas.
  • DRED Enabled
    DRED (Demand Response Enabled Device) capability allows the outdoor unit to respond to energy supplier load-shedding signals during peak demand periods. This function supports energy efficiency schemes and energy suppliers manage power distribution in peak periods.
  • Wide Operating Temperature Range
    The system is engineered to operate in a wide range of outdoor temperatures, from -15°C to 52° C in cooling and -15°C to 24°C in heating. This ensures dependable year-round performance, even in extreme Australian conditions.
  • Wide Voltage Operating Range (160V–276V)
    With a wide voltage tolerance, the outdoor unit operates safely and consistently during minor fluctuations in power supply. This feature is especially valuable in rural or regional areas where voltage instability is common.
  • Auto Restart Function
    In the event of a power outage, the system automatically restarts with the previous settings once power is restored. This ensures continued comfort and prevents the need for manual resets, which is particularly useful in unattended holiday homes or offices.
  • Outdoor Anti-Corrosion Housing (Zinc-Coated Steel Chassis)
