A TECO ID is mandatory. Only installers who hold a TECO ID are eligible to submit redemption forms for this campaign between 1 September 2026 and 31 March 2027. No other installers are eligible for the campaign.

Apply for your TECO ID before you claim. It is the same process as previous years: sign up as a TECO reward installer, then wait for your ID to be issued.

Log your installs and claim your GiftPay eCards. Have your serial numbers and compliance plate photos ready. You can redeem up to 10 installs per redemption to save time and maximise your reward.

Every eligible product you claim needs its own photo of the compliance plate (nameplate) on the outdoor unit. We compare the serial number you type into the form against the serial number shown on the plate. If the two don’t match, or the photo can’t be read, the claim can’t be approved.
On the side or rear casing of the outdoor unit. It is a printed metal listing the model number and serial number.
Look for the line labelled SERIAL NO.
that is the number you enter in the redemption form.
